Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Drop Off Your Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the apparel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
